I’ve written this in other places, but it’s appropriate: when I first started watching QI, I saw that people had expressed their sadness about Sean’s death and how much they missed him. It was a very short time of watching that I realized why so many people had said that. It’s obvious that he was gentle, funny, charming and gentlemanly. I’m glad when I come across him. I’m sad that I didn’t “know” him until after he died. 😒

You CAN smoke cannabis mixed with tobacco as long as you keep your tobacco hidden. Once its in the joint the police dont have the right to open up your joint so you're fine. Outside, you csn smoke whatever, wherever, just around central station and the old city centre, you might get a fine....but probably not as most inhabitants AND the police oppose the restriction. Galileo’s reasoning about gravity and falling was stupid. He said that if a light object falls slower than a heavy object, then if you attach them together, the light one will slow the heavy one down, and the heavy one will speed the light one up, which is impossible, therefore they must fall at the same speed. Although his conclusion - that they fall the same speed - is correct, but he’s not correct that it’s impossible to have one thing speeding another up, and the opposite doing the opposite.
