Regardless of loyalty, the UK does have tougher laws on this than most of the US and both decided to leave rather than deal with a hassle that could ruin their lives even more.

Sjin is back posting solo builds (2021). I think the reason he and Sips stopped doing things is because frankly, Sips is hard to work with LOL. He doesn't do anything and then tells you how stupid you are for the things you do. Or in the case of Hat Films, he blows up the escape chopper at the very last moment of a successful playthrough. That said, there's nothing better than a Sips laugh coming out of left field after something funny happens.

In the tekkit server lore, after fleeing Sipsco he landed on Owl Island with Hannah. If you mean nowadays, he streams every now and then. He still plays with the yogs in various places. The last I saw him was playing among us with Duncan and co.
