This summer we went 3,5 weeks to Monaco for our holiday. In those weeks we saw a lot of supercars and hypercars driving around. In France we haven't the right to drive in the big cities unless you got your green vignette that allows you to do so. To get your green vignette you must have a car that doesn't pollute at all,that means all the old diesel engines and most >20 years old vehicules.
