I was working in Mexico as an Engineer circa 1984-1987. One day feeling homesick, I had the whole factory of Spanish speaking Mexican workers listen to Surinder Kaur Parkash Kaur, for good 3 hours or so on the PA system. They showed good sportsmanship and listened to these songs. Perhaps they were able to understand my feelings of homesickness.
