To Mr Jose Torres ; Sir, while I do have a grudging respect for the Westerns you've mentioned, the fact that you sir, have failed to mention at all., THE GREATEST WESTERN EVER MADE, seriously disappoints me. And, given that the film has over 1200 cuts & jump cuts, & no other film made to date even comes close to that, I'm even MORE disappointed. --------1969 : we went to the moon ------350,000+ went to Yasgur's farm x 3 days -------followers of a life long felon who stood all of 5'5" murdered 7 in 2 nights here in LA--------concert goers watched 2 concert goers get murdered by Hells Angels at Altamont------" Easy Rider " exploded across the big screen --------4 Brits from Liverpool recorded their final album------among the top songs of '69 : " Sugar Sugar-------Hooray For Hazel-------Never Can Say Goodbye -----Born To Be Wild --------to name a few ------------AND, a director, known for being hard to work with, having been fired from his last film-------a man who's Westerns all have 2 themes running though them : The dying of the old west, & loyalty among men ; that guy , releases a masterpiece of American Cinema. A simple story about bad men in a changing world -------men who want to, but in the end, refuse to change ; where THE most critical dialogue said by the aging, alcohol riddled lead actor : " When you side with a man, you stay with him ! You know I dare to ask the question. Who would win in a fight Beth or Cookie from Empire? "Easy Beth" I told my friend who has never seen Yellowstone. Like it was a hard choice. Cookie wishes she was Beth. She is controlled chaos. While Beth is just destruction.

Although Jenkins was pretty bad I still felt sad when he died. The actor did a great job building his character. ❤

Where roark screwed up was only hiring two guys, he should have hired 100 men. Shame, he was hardly a threat. They need a real enemy that they can't get to so easy.

I get Kevin Costner had to do what he had to do which is such a shame for such an amazing show and we all feel it. Would be so amazing if there was a way to keep it going!!! Evidently not 😢.

Sorry Hollywood writers, there's not a Rattlesnake anywhere that can kill with a single bite in that short of time. At the very least it takes 2-4 hours or longer.

Also have to realize the bite was in the face...thin skin, and blood close to surface...doesn't take much to reach the heart or brain...especially since he was running

Honestly this scene it looks like Rip is scared of the Becks more then anyone. Maybe that's why he looks up to the sky's to say "I love you to his mom an brother" idk just spit balling
@jeffnak5598 Жыл бұрын
The issue was control. The becks never took no as an answer. Sooner or later, John knew they'd come for him.
