Best of the Long Mynd | Mountain Biking in Shropshire

This week we're back riding the Long Mynd in Shropshire for the first time in a long time, checking out a couple of the best MTB trails Church Stretton and the Shropshire Hills have to offer. First we hit a ridge line, one that regular viewers of the channel will have seen before, before climbing back up and taking a rare chance to ride the Carding Mill Valley Descent (others known as Motts' Road) - a fast but technical red trail that is normally too busy with walkers to ride safely.
And for the first time ever I drove to the top of the Long Mynd and parked, making my first descent free, not sure why I haven't done that before to be honest :)
The Long Mynd peaks at about 550 metres above sea level, so the descents are fast, fun, and long, making it one of the best places to ride in Shropshire, maybe even the West Midlands

The first one that brings you out at the ford in Carding Mill, is that Cow Ridge?

no, I think it is ridge 2, according to trailforks
