Just a few things I forgot regarding Michel - repeated falsified signatures on legal company documents *S2 E6* (if Ryan got arrested for misleading shareholders, Michael should get arrested for this) and kicking the ladder out from under Daryll. Not only should Michel get arrested for that, but he should also get sued and Daryll should've received workman's comp. And about Jim's identity theft, I was referring to season 2 episode 5 where he and Pam falsify Dwight's resume to Cumberland Mills and Jim says, "You can hold me, Michael Gary Scott personally and financially responsible." Thanks for considering my suggestions.

Dwight works great with the rest of the cast, they have good chemistry, he works so well because he has established allies and enemies. Same thing that happened with Joey’s spin off after Friends.
