I shook hands with him. It was after the his first set on a Friday in Ft Wayne. We were getting in the car and my wife says, " There's your boy. " I walked up to him respectfully and simply told him that I thought that he was the best. "You're very kind Sir!" He replied in that voice. One of the best days of my life. I miss him..

There are only two days the show really stopped in its tracks. September 11th, 2001, and February 27th, 2014 - the morning after Tim's death. I was in the shower when I turned on the show and heard the news. The sense of sadness and loss was palpable from the cast. I sobbed most of the morning. It wasn't just because I had grown up with Tim's comedy and music, but because it was so obvious the show had lost a loved one, and they were hurting badly, and it was real. I think a lot about Tim's wife and his two children, even his ex-wife. There will never be another Tim. We are all better for having heard his wit and wisdom.

I wish there was a video of every second of every hour of time Tim spent on the air on the Bob and Tom show. I adored that man, and always hated when Tom would cut off one of his rants. I always wanted to hear Brother Tim preach! LOL. Rest In Peace dear Tim Wilson. You are seriously missed.
