he is charismatic, and coach has said many times he is the most gifted student he has. He is also the youngest and in their culture they respect their eldest a lot so maybe Usman also looks after coach the most for that reason. notice how coach joked about the guy washing the car, and he said no,in his expression it was like saying no because of the respect for his elders even when it was a joke.I am just assuming of couse.

Coach Javier said that Usman is the most talented student. And I think he will be more popular than Islam mahkachev and Umar. But in his Russian interviews Usman seems kinda slow lol or just shy. Khabib had a better public speaking skills at that age.
