Happy New Year, brobro! Hope you are feeling well for real. It's been a while. This series Uncle Murda did is legendary. I disagree with certain things he says on each one he does, but he's right about other things. J Cole is wild in my candid opinion for backing out. You can't say you're the best if you say anybody can get it lyrically and that noone can mess with you in a battle then run away. You gotta stand on what you say like you said, Duane. I do see what you and J Cole are saying tho when y'all say dissing friends can lead to the end of friendships and it's not worth it. I see both sides. Jermaine is still one of the greatest spitters alive, but I still think J Cole was bugging for backing out. It wasn't going to get physical. It was going to stay a lyrical competition. Lyrical competition is healthy for the genre. Violence and physical harm ain't healthy or good for the genre. I don't condone physical violence. I do support lyrical competiton and friendly competition. There's fun and growth in that. The genre was too buddy buddy at one point then the lyrical disses happened again. Rap became exciting again. But, violence ain't the answer. Word. When you can, check out Chris Webby ft. Tech N9ne- A Tale Of 2 Kings. They left Earth on that incredible beat, my ninja. Real ish.
