I unironically want this to be official now, Big's slower speed would actually be a nice compromise for an open-world game set in the Sonic universe as there'd be less stress to design the environments to accommodate Sonic's speed, and the fishing rod could double as a weapon and method of traversal (like using it to grapple objects and climb up things) - I absolutely love the idea of the Chaos Emeralds having powers that assist in exploration. Plus ground-pounding then using the parasol looks like it will be fun in terms of movement.

What this already amazing game needs is: -Just a few extra enemies here and there to make it feel less empty. -Some NPCs you could do quests for, mostly fishing based ones -Tons of Events that can take place in some of the Zones and Areas (Like Having the Sonic R areas, not only stay Explorable, but can trigger a Racing event) -Maybe a few Bosses hidden in challenging areas, and while on that subject... -Some Explorable Ruins and Dungeons (Like Zelda, but suited for big), that can have some of the upgrades be collected there instead of just out in the Overworld most of the time, and have a boss, and the chaos emerald at the end of each... -Maybe a storyline that, while being hilariously over-the-top, gives big a Veeeeery good reason to save his little green buddy, Froggy. Like after fishing him up after he hops off the first time, and he somehow, once again, had swallowed a chaos emerald again. Froggy then gets snagged by Eggman (again) for obvious reasons, and it just turns into a big adventure to try and get froggy back, while thwarting Eggman's plans once again (But this time, he's the main hero). I think it would be awesome~

This is unironically an AMAZING experience. I love the cutscenes, graphics and animations are top notch. Seeing Sonic the Fighters spaceship in an actual game is something else! I like how the world connects and are actually in a somewhat canonical location (like the chao garden and City Escape). Some of the puzzles are great like getting off of Little Garden. Finding upgrades and emeralds are a blast. I know people don't like fishing but I would love to see them add a Fish encyclopedia (showing which fish you caught). This feels like an open world SA1 game, may be the best game of SAGE 2021, YOU MUST GIVE THIS game a try. I forgot to show two things, there's a 2D map in the menu, and there's a SEGA Saturn Easter Egg in this. Froggy is also spawned in a random location. Told you guys on Discord this would be a hype day! :)

Just... wow. I couldn't count the number of times I just said "Oh, no they didn't" as Big went into very familiar places, only to have to immediately go "Oh they did..." afterwards. I'd love to see this expanded upon with even more areas, with maybe something to fit Big when he's not in any area with its own music. I do think they need to fix the bug with the rod getting upgraded past its maximum level and flat-out disappearing, as well as placement of 'aura' effects from using emerald abilities (especially Yellow Super Jump, which may as well be turned into a full Shoryuken thanks to the charge animation), but other than those minor issues, this is a game I never knew I wanted. Proposed achievements: - Stocked Fridge: Catch 10,000g in 'edible' fish (i.e., not Mashers, Choppers, or other fish badniks) before catching Froggy. - Prepper: Catch 100,000g in edible fish before catching Froggy. - Ton of Fun: Catch 1,000,000g (yep, a metric ton!) in edible fish before catching Froggy. - God Help Us All: Find all 7 chaos emeralds before catching Froggy (best ending).

One issue I have with this game is that the character shadows aren’t under the character. Shadows like that act as a way to predict where your going to land after a jump. And it doesn’t have to affect other objects. Look at Mario 3d world

This project is absolutely insane!!! You can tell that the person making it really does care about the universe of Sonic the Hedgehog! Making Big the star of his own adventure and incorporating his playstyle from Adventure and moveset from Heroes into an open-world game is really unique and incredible! Woah! I actually love this. The animations are surprisingly really good too with the bounce to Big’s moveset. The Legend of Froggy: Big of the Wild. It works. It would be super cool if they had different Sonic characters doing things at parts of the hub that you can stumble upon like Sonic fighting Eggman or Shadow infiltrating a base or something. It would be like you’re making cameos in Sonic games like Big does.

Yo, the presentation on this is NUTS. Like how they put a bunch of locations from different games in a single, somewhat cohesive world (even if it's mainly areas from Classic and Dreamcast era games). Weird that there was no Angel Island though. I feel like with a couple NPCs to interact with and enemies around, this could be massively better.

Thus is exactly what I'm thinking of when people talk about a new Sonic game. Massive open world, lots to explore, upgrades that you dont have to buy or unlock, and, sspecially, no "boost to win" feature.

WTF, why does this look better than most Sonic games? This looks so fun, I actually want to buy it. Big looks really fun to use, the chaos emerald mechanics are clever, I love how they tied all his Adventure and Heroes abilities together. The botw world, Little Planet being a Galaxy-type area, MAN I've seen a lot of cool Sonic fan projects in my day, but this may be the best I've ever seen
