You can either use spray paints or normal acrylic color. Any brand will do.

First of all thanks for watching and your comment. Yes, definitely this piece will stay together provided you stick it properly with a strong glue and obviously do not keep any thing inside the bowl more than it is capable for holding. Good day. God bless.

your craft item is superb. In the end , the white colour has to be applied inside the rings also or only on upper surface of the rings?

Glad you like my work. The white color is a primer. The primer is applied to hide the prints of the paper. It is to be applied on all sides. I hope that helped.

No. There will be no layer of glue. The glue will be on the plastic and on the rings only. Hope that helped.

Usually, it shouldn't take too long for it to dry. Half an hour max. Keep it in a cool, dry and airy place it'll dry faster. Hope that helps.
