Not only that, they ask customers to send the product to their location in Gurugram for warranty repairs. At least for the smaller items they do demand. Inalsa and Agaro brands should be avoided.

one key thing that he didn't say is that the microwave he is talking about is solo mw(microwave) which almost only good for heating and defrosting. otg can be used for cooking almost everything but cannot heat or defrost. convection mw is like a combination of both solo mw and otg and can be used for heating, defrosting, air frying(slim fry), cooking all sorts of things

Sir Good reviews but we need your inputs regarding AGARO OTG. I checked AGARO at different websites and mostly customers are complaining about their customer service and all are rating it very poor and non-responsive, non co-operating. I also observed they do not have authorized service center list on their website or at any other place so obviously they do not have service center in my town too. In this scenario how can we be sure about their services. AGARO is providing only 1 yr warranty and no service centers if I consider that product do not create any problem in 1st year then after 1st I'll be depending upon local mechanics. So please let us know if local mechanics would be able to fix this or will they be depending upon their AGARO parts etc. In addition to services issues I observed that everyone was complaining that their delivered product have dents and customer support ignore this fact. I am interested to buy their product but these two issues are holding me. I request please coordinate with AGARO and let us know how will they ensure these concerns. Thanks

Hi Vineet, I think my heart is set on the Philips OTG. You mentioned that it has a convection fan but based on other reviews I believe the 25 litre model that you showed doesn't have the convection fan. Also, does the lack of manual control in this OTG cause any problem? Also,what about the OTG from American Micronics? Would you recommend it?

I did buy a Inalsa OTG as a student and the build quality is flimsy indeed but it does the work as intended and even after purchase Inalsa called me to ensure if everything is working fine and if I need some help, so that was a nice touch. It's been 2 years and it's working fine.

Agaro is a Chinese company. Do they have service centre networks in all the states and cities of India - just like Bajaj Electricals and even Sanjeev Kapoor's Wonderchef? I appreciate your trial and assessment on various OTG ovens which are quite useful for the prospective buyers. It would be nice if you could make a video on Wonderchef OTG after assessing it thoroughly on various parameters. ✓ Please do not forget to include the After Sales Service part which is very important. Please mention in your every review whether the Warranty coverage is ON-SITE (at buyer's place/address) or OFF-SITE (at company's H.O. or Regional Office)!! Another very significant aspect is the short length of the electrical wire or power cord even in the premium priced appliance of Philips. These days it is a very common practice of providing a short power cable even in different brands of smartphones. Earlier Nokia feature phones provided quite a long cable. But nowadays, *every company has deliberately shortened cord length irrespective of the gadget. What is the mindset and policy behind this Malpractice?!!* Please include your Frank and Unbiased review and opinion on Wonderchef OTG ovens from different angles. Many Thanks.

​@@Virgoan958If you require for your home kitchen, then the model with 4 heating rods and a maximum temperature of 230°C is enough. In majority of cases, you do not need 230° but 180° to 200°C of maximum temperature only. But if your purpose is a commercial use, then you might go for 6 heating rods and a maximum temperature of 250°C for a faster output with a higher power consumption!! Hope clear.

Hi vineet ji !! Bought Acer 50 inch tv that you recommended. The picture quality is good but there is gap between video and audio output. Return window has ended and technician send by Acer had only reset the tv but the problems remains still.
