Sebamed clear gel would be a good option for a mositruser and BPO gel also helps but consulting a dermat would be the best option as you might not even be fungal acne so please get a proper diagnosis done.

I got comedones after using cosrx rice sleeping mask. It may be due to the fermented rice ingredients. It may contain yeast etc
