I think without price of victory it is too difficult to defeat him. I don't hv it cuz i returned playing SF3 just a month back after 2yrs. Even with a lvl5 steel hound, it makes a big difference, cuz 90% of times he pushes me away from him and doesn't let me complete my move too...haha
