It's one of the best indicators by far, especially if you're into trend trading. For me the sweet spot is when the signal line is inside the histogram because that usually means there's a lot of momentum that'll propel the price further in the direction of the trend. It's a fantastic filter in that respect.

This was awesome. I trade mainly with the Bollinger Bands but I think using the MACD along with the BB could be a very good combination... but that combination between resistance and support areas with the MACD is just very reliable. Thanks for this video
