Hey Katie! What is i in the sky? Are you using the G2's in your planner? If you did a planner pen test, I hope you flipped to the back side of the page to show if the ink bleeds through. I forgot to do that!

We are having extremely high winds here today they said we could get up to 60 mile an hour winds. Our electric went out 2 times today. Spring might get here eventually. Winter Rose OMG Thank you so much, you’re so sweet! My fav pen now is the PaperMate ink joy gel pen. They are awesome and you can find them at all the stores. Keep your eyes open for the pack that includes the 7 new colors... some of them match the Botanicals stickers!

Winter Rose ditto! Well said and I concur. Just starting and need to pick out some pens. Only have a plain regular junk drawer ink pen. I’m searching. I also listen to Heather Kell and she loves the paper mate Flairs. It’s such a personal thing though and each person is different.

I just have only used bic but I would like to try the inkjoy gel pens in the pack with all of the colored pens that you opened up in your video. I wouldn't want to use a pen that bleeds through to the other side of the page. Debbie in michigan.

None of these pens bleed through the paper, so you're ok to use any of them. The Inkjoy gel pens come in other tip sizes and you can get the click-end ones or the ones with lids. I've used them since filming in my journal and they are great for writing/journaling.

Loved this video.... Great Pen test. Tombow is a great marker/pen but I agree with you its last ONLY because I have to learn Calligraphy 😂😂 But I love your top pens in same order. Hey Cheryl, thank you so much! Agreed on the Tombow/Calligraphy. I want to learn how to make pretty lettering, but it is way down on my priority list. It looks so easy in the videos, but challenging in real life! I just added all the links to find the pens on Amazon. If you can find the Candy Pop or Tropical Vacation packs, get those. They have the best colors in them. Most of the stores like Target and Walmart have some in basic colors that you can try.

Side note, you didn't cover bleed throw, what is a good pen with no bleed throw. I'm new to planning and still looking for a good pen.

Others that I have been enjoying are: American craft - Creative Devotion Collection - Fineliner pen set ( found at Hobby lobby) and the Erin Condren dual tip marker (I really like the fine point tip) !!! The wouldn’t consider the EC dual tip marker a “lettering marker” but I’m sure one could use it for that. I consider my writing to be really nice but can’t “brush letter”!! I want to start practicing though, because it just looks so pretty in planner I think !! I would recommend the EC dual tip marker for you to try :)

I was not a fan of the ink joy. The grip is painful to me. lol My favorite is the papermate flairs because they don't smear.
