Ok so for starters I loooooove that a lot of the Linked girlies have the link vase! Secondly, I absolutely adored every minute of the training and how quickly Sarah and Jake get back with answers to any questions. This was the best choice I’ve made❤🎉 I’ve also been loving the generic machine!

I have a helix. I really like it. The only thing I don’t like is that the grounding clip doesn’t fully connect in the back of the helix so it’s a bit loose. Other than that it’s a great machine. I am so Thankful for linked and the course I took with them. The education was great and all the information on marketing your self has been so helpful!! There are so many advantages I got from taking the linked course that other companies do not offer.

I use the unbranded machine and I've had it for over a year now with absolutely no problems and for any small issues I've had, they've helped me troubleshoot it very quickly.

I’ve heard that the unbranded machine does not have a swivel from the cord to the stylus, whereas the Orion does. Can you address whether the stylus for the helix or the zapp swivel? Seems like a very handy feature. Thanks and hopefully that question makes sense!

Is there any type of instruction manual in English? I’m not using it for jewelry strictly for battery spot welding. Is there a PDF available or a video to watch that doesn’t have music in the background and actually somebody talking about the settings?
