oh no! In Canada temperature goes to -40 and you should be ready for that :) You earn in dollars and spend in dollars. These jackets are of good quality down filling which gives you good warmth in Canadian winter so actually its like an investment in your winter gears which will last years. If you have valid work permit of canada and No TVR(i.e stamp on passport) then you still can visit usa and return only through land border ie through car and bus, for flight you need to apply for TVR after getting work permit!! So your ans is yes you can visit usa and return to Canada!!

Sandy Ji you should have also mentioned a good advice to students about Canada Goose Winter jackets because they are very very expensive and might not be affordable to most students.Although they are among the best winter Jackets in the world. and could cost anything between 800$ going up to 2000$.Unfortunately Canada Goose is never on sale.

Thanks, Ji I mentioned about not buying expensive jackets and keeping the range under $200. Actually I think layering works better than the expensive jackets. I didn't name the brand but yes I totally agree with you Brands like Canada goose, knuckles are just really expensive and students should definitely stay away from that and rather invest that money :)
