Best to have a 2 income family, Living alone on one income is a tough nut to handle. Austin is expensive. Which is why I moved out of Texas. Miss the weather. (Summers not so much), but my cost of living is half now.

Libery Hill is more rural, Only 3/4 of an hour from Austin, but is growing.

Growing pretty fast out there and people like the school district as well. There's a big project to extend the 183 highway all the way to Liberty Hill which will make it even more accessible from north Austin.

You cant drive anywere in Austin in 30 to 45 minutes. Try one and half hours to 2 hours .

Definitely untrue. I live in SW Austin and regularly get up to Cedar Park/Leander in under 40 min.

@@realestate_atx Well I lived in Kyle for over 10 years and definately 2 hour drive at 5 pm. Being a service tech I lived in my truck 60 hours a week and know exactly how long it takes to drive around Austin.
