The best trowel hands down is the Marshalltown 14x5 gold as shown none of the others come close its a trowel u can use from start to finish this is 36 years experience as a plasterer as for the spear and Jackson trowel as number 1 any series plasterer would only have that to scrape floors

The 2 best trowels and no:1 respectively will always be fully broken in stainless finishing & carbon trowels. Regardless of brands... It's the speard that makes the job not the tools

These are the best tools, that is right. But only the Marshalltown which is capable from start to finish, ...flex trowels are only for the very last finishing step in plastering.
