Bro koi bhi ply water proof aur 20 years ka gurantee nai leti hai ply bhi wood se bana hai & any kind of wood will damage in water (if u have pasted any laminates then longivity can go further for kitchen use only HDHMR board & for bathroom use PVC board

Definition of boiling water proof has nothing to do with water absorption. A BWP plywood will not delaminate when subject to boiling in water. Another thing you never explained is , what makes a plywood good quality in its category, commercial, MR and BWP and marine. You should have included , MDF , particle board and chip board.

Modular kitchen can either be in BWR, MR grade, commercial and particle board depending budget wise. BWR is recommended in kitchen for base unit and you need calibrated ply so there is not undulations when you put laminate on it.
