Electrovoice is the best there is always has bin , the rest is dumpster trash . Electrovoice is the best for theater and live performances and is still made in the USA to this day , some history Paul Klipsch built some of the best enclosures for Electrovoice they where and still make the very best speakers for home and in a real live performances and theater , most will say that JBL are the best as The Speaker Doctor i have worked on more JBL's then any other speaker , I have only seen very few Electrovoice's in shop for repair , like I say Electrovoices where built to last a life time .

Mids feel a bit harsh on them boys compared to qsc; but for the price EV has the win!

I own Altos and the sound quality and the base are very good. It sond for me better then the EV.
