Prayers are mostly understood as what we ask from God. Going by that definition, we need to be extremely careful what we ask from God. Why? Because it will be granted!!
Yes! I am not joking. My uncle's experience in the 1960s is both funny and insightful about why we need to be careful in what we pray for.

Awesome talk brother! Whatever we pray to Him gets granted. Why not, for He Himself has said "Niyama Nishtalathoda Nannugolchuvarini Kaapaaduchundute Ghanatha Naaku!" which means "I will never forsake my devotees who worship me with discipline and resolve." The best way to not ask anything from Him is by a prayer which again is given by the Lord Himself. It is the Panchakshari Mantra "Ee Dhi Naa Manchi Kosame!" which means "This is Good for Me." Once we understand whatever He gives is for our good, our desire for ourselves and His desire for us is aligned in which case the Universe cannot help but grant it. Thank you brother for this timely and powerful reminder!! Sairam.

It is 100./. true in my case. The very things that I wanted very badly & couldn't get made me feel years later that if I had received them I would have been miserable now. As you mentioned in one of your earlier talks, Swami says that he incarnated to initially grant us what we seek so that later on we realise and start to seek what he came to grant us ( which is the Ultimate Self Realization)!! This above saying is what I always think of when I come across any difficulty and think it’s better to surrender to him rather than ask him to solve or pacify the problem. And when the time was perfect to execute that decision;covid prevented it and presently Prasanthi doesn’t seem to be the solution as well.Your message is giving me much needed solace and clarity through a difficult situation.
