UPDATE: I let a quest slip through that (most likely) won't be in at launch. We don't have hard info on what will be in the game and what won't, but The Illidari Rod of Discipline is a reward from Subdue the Subduer which is a Netherwing faction quest, originally not in the game until patch 2.1 so it's pretty safe to say that we won't see it at launch :) Thanks to those in the comments that pointed this out!

This is the content I like... lot of research and super helpful... I never played bc nor really spent any time there in retail so its basically a new xpac for me.... after watching this its not wonder so many don't like retail anymore you would never ever see a good item outside of pvp or raids...

Something I didn't know was those Aldor/Scryer quests require Friendly before they become available! I was so confused trying to get my healing neck since I was a Belf who went Aldor lol ... Also minor note the last step, and only the last step, for that healing neck quest is a 3 man group that is gonna be pretty darn hard/impossible to solo.

That was a mistake on my end, while sites and BiS lists have this wand listed, it won’t be in the game until Phase 3 when that reputation is unlocked

Subdue the Subduer is part of the netherwing rep stuff, which is probably not available in phase 1.

There's tons of good stuff for sure, I just tried to focus on items that were the absolute best outside of heroics and rep rewards. For example Elementium Band of the Sentry drops in normal Arcatraz and is SUPER good, and that paired with Wind Trader's Band would be better than Andormu's Tear. Same with the trinket, Adamantine Figurine and Figurine of the Colossus are both massive trinks and drop in normal dungeons. Both really good items, but I had to cut it off somewhere hahaha

1 problem the pants from showdown are bis if you need hit vs the shattrath leggings with more expertise and no hit for any and all melee including plate dont make the mistake of taking the plate chest if you are a warrior or ret take the pants you will thank me later another quest you missed in netherstorm is the fleshhandlers gauntlets for plate wearers the only gloves prior to kara trash bop that have expertise on them its a simple talk to a guy kill a few dudes no chain or anything.

It’s just because it’s super niche, I thought about putting it in but if you think about it, yes it has tons of SP for demons, but in Karazhan, there’s only a couple demon bosses, and then you get Nathrezim Mindblade off of prince which will replace illadari bane wether you’re fighting a demon or not. I do agree that it’s a great weapon, but it’s pretty niche so I decided against it

@@AmmeTV1 -_- true, but its pre-bis for prince, illhoof, magtheridon (big one for magtheridon because not every caster will get a mindblade first/second week)... although this is assuming the first quest item is the nerfed non trinket version though plus the dagger is good until you get mindblade against a number of the dungeon heroic bosses you will inevitably be fighting...

The classes I mention are the classes that don't have better, easier accessible items, yeah it's good for rogues or whatever other class, but that's a no brainer, anything with agility, attack power, hit, and crit will be. I'm not gonna say "hey this is good for a rogue (duh) but there's 6 other options". Stealther's Helm of Second Sight for example, full pre-bis for enhance shamans, nothing beats it, but for rogues Helm of the Claw and Wastewalker Helm are both better options pre-bis.

The wand is a lie. It has 13 + 2 spelldmg, biggest red gem until t6 is +9 spelldmg and red - not granting the socket bonus, meaning a total of +22 spelldmg vs the biggest purple gem giving +5 as well as the bonus so a total of +20 spelldmg. Even the t6 epic gems are only +6 on purple and +12 on red, meaning the red one can take you to exactly +25. Nothing can boost it "up over 25 spell power".

I personally thought dungeon quests should have made it in. Andormu's Tear and Flesh Beasts Metal Greaves are prot paladin BIS heading into kara, both from dungeon quests. You don't replace FBMG until heroic shattered halls and you've replaced the avoidance elsewhere.

While true that people will subscribe if the content is good, tons of studies show that a little nudge to remind them to subscribe while watching will lead to a subscription! A lot of people like content and don't subscribe because they don't feel the need to, but if the creator they're watching says "hey, if you like this, subscribe! It helps me out a lot :)" They're more inclined to do so. I make these videos for fun and a lot of people enjoy them, so I kindly ask people to subscribe and a lot of people do! It's only 10 seconds of your time when it takes me 20+ hours to make a video, I'm not sure why it bugs you so much, but I'm sorry to see you go!
