Good reviews, Thanks. Please come to England and open stores here!! Not in the cities where they have choice but in the towns where all we have is Specsavers and Boots, both with limited choice and high prices. There is only one small privateer in our town who sells just 2 brands with very limited models.

Thanks Jeff for the very timely review of top hearing aids. It is very helpful as you answered many questions I had. I like the suggestion at the end to ask the provider which ones they are use to programming and which they recommend. Love Nick's reviews too... he's a natural!

gosh i miss the good ole days of the 90's when you could buy simple analog hearing aids with wheel style volume controls,,none of this constant warbling/waa waa waa noise of digitals,,no useless apps/remote controls or features most users dont want or need anyway just more trouble and hassle,,im shocked the hearing aid industry did away with analog simplicity as a purchase option because alot of people like me think these new digital aids just suck...it cant be that much trouble to offer customers good ole analog aids..

I tried Starkey Genesis AI 24 for a few weeks... impressed. I am now trialling the Phonak Audeo 90... Phonak has better Bluetooth and slightly better accessories BUT as a Hearing Aid in sound quality for speech, the Starkey Genesis AI 24 wins. IMO both RiC

the best would be Phonak B Titanium with 312 or 13 batteries, so that when I put the phone to my ear, the sound of the conversation would be transmitted through both devices
