Glad I managed to make Raum's PVE build before the shrine nerf, I even got animal king on the slot as well when I decided to make it so I think it was just meant to be. PVE builds are honestly some of the most fun to make as well, shredding mobs with 80% DVM is crazy.

Graceful flame and undying cuz ppl need undying slot. Flame wisp and such. Reinforce. Dash. Strong left to break stuff and knock ppl off. As well as one shooting squid. Mindsoothe and tranquil circle.burning servants to posture break and proc burn on me for charged return. 30 STR to proc lose ur mind. 50 fort cuz it's needed. 50 wp for underdog and giantslayer and blindseer. 5 Intel for nullifing clarity. 40 agil for conditioned and ghost and dash. And ofc 100 heavy

parry hit parry crit an enforcer, they feint sometimes and when they do just dodge it and hit. Fighting enforcers are a lot like fighting an erisia bandit leader lmao you just gotta pace yourself and dont let excitement or anything make you mess up… theyre easier than they look

Theres a "cheese" to it, when trying to parry the enforcer you can hold it for a little to block any feint it does. Or you can react to the feint and dodge
