I followed exactly what you said and the interviewer informed me that out of all of the candidates she interviewed, I was the only one that asked questions. Furthermore, she stated that it shows that I'm interested in this job. Moreover, at the end of the interview, I said that I want this job and everyone at the table smiled and laughed. As, I was walking out the door the supervisor said, You did a great job! I told her thank you and she told me to have a great weekend. Lastly, I followed up with a thank you letter.

Silence. I went to HR to ask silence. In short I was laid off. Q5. How would you describe your company culture? And what kind of people are successful here? - I found out, was who can buy food, buddy up and curry favor with the boss. Colleagues were buying her daughter presents (i-pads and gifts). I cannot do that. Nothing objective, it was all subjective. Excellent video. As I go to interviews now, I am asking these questions upfront. 6:00 haven't done it before? Do entry level positions not exist anymore. I don't understand why tier 1 help desk jobs need you to have an associate's degree, A+ certification, and CCNA certification
@taylamade53054 жыл бұрын
Entry level exists. If you are starting out start with ITIL foundation certification. You don't need to have an associates degree, just work your way through the certifications depending on what area you want to specialize in e.g. Networks aka A+, N+ certs. If you have the above certs you mentioned you won't be on tier 1 for long, you'll be snapped up quick smart 😁

@@taylamade5305 I'm tired of working on a promise. I was told getting an associate's would get me a job and that got me nowhere. I don't need to pour more money into getting certifications when there is no guarantee that my effort will be worth it.
