He better be this year because I don't care how much 5 stars Oregon got. They have a great left tackle, but replacing 4 offense linemen and a QB is going to be hard at first. Clemson Alabama or Ohio state has better talent and they would struggle with new guys
@XxBonzeD4Kill4xX4 жыл бұрын

Season tickets holder to the ducks games here. You’re simply wrong, in fact the O-line for Oregon was miserable up until the last two seasons... last season was the first time in many years that the ducks had one of the best o-lines in the league going into the season (as they were all basically seniors who had played 4 years with one another). He’s really really good, just had some problems staying healthy.

Joe Stark to be fair I don’t think he’s going to be a premier nfl player that most people know about. But in the spectrum he’s extremely good.
@cryogeneric4 жыл бұрын
@@keyton1928 That's how I see him, too. He's a great at the goal line and a nice fit for what Oregon is doing--his toughness is undeniable--but he lacks vision at times. Travis Dye is actually better getting through the line, but lacks size. I'm excited to see how Moorhead utilizes them both--assuming we get a CF season.

@joshschneider95364 жыл бұрын
jackson clarke OSU’s defense is well below average every year that’s not saying much. Still no excuse to let a freshman gash you at home like that. Oregon actually has more than one capable RB so Verdell isn’t always the primary back but he still puts up close to the same numbers when both are healthy
@beaverswag65454 жыл бұрын
Josh Schneider the Beavs have not always been below average on defense. That's a fairly recent thing. And in terms of 2018, just about every RB that was just average that played OSU had a 250+ day regardless of sharing carries or not. If you were to put Verdell behind non god-tier linemen, he'd do poorly.

I'm not gonna be disrespectful. But as far as Oregon's RBs go, he's the worst in the decade. He ran behind the best o line in cfb the last two years. Goes down/gets tripped up way too easily and lacks power, (always stuffed on short yardage plays) I hope he proves me wrong this year, go ducks! Btw Max Borghi is the best in the pac 12 and it's not close...
