Thanks for the video. Now due to covid most of the companies are planning to let some of their staff to work from home. As such office space requirements will become much less. So future of REIT is in doubt. At least in the office space section. Malls and retail space might grow as India grows. My thoughts

Just want to add one thing before investing in REIT, after COVID now most of the companies prefer Work from home. It will be a major disadvantage for REIT Companies which depends on Commerical Rents and IT Parks.
