Deepanshu ji I use electric pressure cooker of steel, not aluminium. How to cook rajma, chole( chick peas), kala chana? All these food items take about 49 to 52 minutes. If not cooked in pressure cooker it will take around 2 hours.

Sir let me get u to ur knowledge aluminum is been used from ages much before British. Huge utensils are easy to carry and cook. Its just extentensily used coz its cost saving, light weight, time fuel saving and most important available in nature in abundance and is recyclable. For same reason some non recyclable metal industry started de market. If it was so poisonous entire generation by now would have been affected... and suffering.. I do agree that metal leaces to some or other extend. Including steel which is mixed with chromium is proven carizenic. Aise toh koi metal use nahi karna chahiye.. entire generation would have not exist
