A great song performed beautifully by this unnamed man on "The Voice - Russia". I'm moved by Kodi's rendition on AGT, too. I would encourage anyone who enjoys the song to listen to Ray Charles' 1993 recording of 'A Song for You' on his album 'My World'. In my estimation, it's the perfect combination of artist's voice, music, lyric, and interpretation. Of course - "your mileage may vary".

I wouldn’t say more effortlessly. This guy actually has really good control compared to Kodi who still has time to learn. In both performances I heard some sloppy runs. I just think that if Kodi Lee didn’t have a backstory it would’ve been a different story. At the end of the day you have to remember these are television shows and the producers will do anything to make the audience feel anything. I actually watched kodi Lees audition without first hearing his backstory and I thought “wow he’s good for his age, he will get better.” It wasn’t until after I looked up his full audition that I realized why everyone was so in awe. They’re both very good singers and this guy actually did sing a couple flat notes but I did in fact get the same feeling when they both sang. But my perspective is from someone who heard kodi without his backstory or this guys backstory as well.
