The food was okay. Yeah they only have 1 restaurant and lunch by the pool. The lunch was our favorite and then for dinner we’d usually go to the town to eat locally 😍

@@daniellacarolina Can’t wait. So much so I racked up 70 bucks in international calls to make sure everything was set up. Lol…I guess I forgot about international calls. Lol. But I do have a question….as far as transportation what would u recommend from the airport? Anything we should do beyond the resort? I think we’re going to do the trail, animal sanctuary, atvs, and rafting. Def open to other things as well.

@@dclassics831 I would recommend the shuttle service for sure. There’s nothing you need to worrry about because the shuttle says the springs resort and spa and it’s a pretty long drive. About 2-3 hours depending on time of day! So you want to make sure you are comfortable! And honestly If you can, do everything!!! We would’ve if we’d had more time there

Can I ask you how much it cost to take a shuttle round trip to the hotel and back? Also did you reserve if beforehand and how?

I did reserve it like 3 days before by emailing them and letting them know that I needed their shuttle bus service! Theirs was a bit more expensive so they sent me an alternative transportation service that they work with & it was $160 usd one way, from SJO airport I believe! Hope this helps!! 😊

Really enjoyed your vlog!!! I want to plan my honeymoon trip amd was considering springs...but im terribly afraid of frogs (don't laugh)..lol. Did you directly encounter any in the pools or springs? Or did you have to go hiking to see them?

Omg how am I just seeing this!?!? 😩 thank you so much Toni this means the world! There’s really nothing to be afraid of.. the hot springs were incredibly clean and free of any little animals of any kind! The most we saw was that one spider and that was it 😅. We went a little into the rainforest and saw some there but never any by the hot springs or in them! I would be more scared of the red ants there 😟 I got bit by them cause I accidentally stepped on their little path 😖 but that’s really it. Trust me when I tell you it’ll be one of the best trips/memories of your life!! 😍

There was this Caesar wrap I was obsessed with and wanted that the whole time 😂 but other than that the food is pretty pricey anyway and we found that food in the town was less expensive and tastier!

Hi Cynthia! Thank you so much 😍🙏🏽 i don’t remember exactly 100% but it was a bit pricey. It also wasn’t all-inclusive, but let me tell you it was all SO worth it. The views alone are everything you could ask for, nevermind all the hot springs! It was probably the most unforgettable vacation I’ve ever been on and will forever be my favorite!

We didn’t! The hotels shuttle bus would drive us there and pick us up when we were done. I believe they charged us like $20. You can also take an Uber into the town to eat!

@@Pray4success-b3r Oh you’re gonna have a trip of a lifetime!! Yes we did take the shuttle bus from the hotel. I did some research beforehand and decided it was best to not rent a car in Costa Rica as the roads are all very winding and up and down and stuff. I was either going to Uber around or hire a driver during our stay. But honestly this resort had to much to offer that we never felt we had to leave. In fact, we stayed for a week and didn’t even get to do all of the excursions from our own resort! It was so amazing. You’re going to want to spend your time checking out all the hot springs and hanging out at each of them
