Knowing I despise onions, especially on my burger, a coworker/friend took me to Tucker's for lunch. It was alright, but being from a part of the country a little further East than Tennessee, I didn't see the appeal of slathering them all over everything. It's definitely an Oklahoma thing! Next on my list are the pizza places you mentioned and, someday, Redrock Canyon Grill. Thanks! 👍🏼👍🏼

The Paris Banh Mi location near 15th and Bryant is excellent, and the food is as good as if not better than most of the restaurants in the Asian district, and surprisingly more affordable, too. The pho and their french bread sandwiches (banh mi) are their staples.
