Retinol is purest form of vitamin A,it is more potential, more effective, it takes only one step to become retinoic acid.. But Retinyl Palimitate is a derivative of vitamin A,it is an ester,it is less effective, less irritating, beginners friendly .. it takes 3 conversation steps to become retinoic acid..it is less exfoliant than retinol..

I am suffering from chloasma from last one year and everybody used to say that it will fade off within one year it’s just a pregnancy mark but everybody was wrong I celebrated one year birthday of my baby with my worst skin but it’s never late I found you and trying to follow you from last one month just the only thing which disappoints me is it takes a lot of time to cure as you are telling 4-6-8 months and my skin is very sensitive so I don’t think retinol will suit me but will try after 2-3 months once my face becomes familiar with other actives.
