I bought a robot vacuum cleaner on 29 April 2024, it worked very well for about two months. Then it stopped cleaning. It leaves garbage in many places. Then I complained, after that just dates after dates and nothing else. I would like to tell all the viewers not to buy Eureka Forbes' Lvac Voice Pro at all. Absolutely useless product and poor service. Also, it is showing on its app that its warranty expired in 2018 itself.

Eureka Forbes Euro LVac after sales service is pathetic. My unit has become non functional since last 10 days for want of software updation of App. No representative has visited, they do not have any clue how to upgrade their APP, really pathetic situation. Will never recommend this Brand to anyone.
