Specifically if there's a way to get into medicine without giving all those competitive exams only to do one more year of foundation training(Studienkolleg) . By the looks of it ,it seems like there is. It's just that there's so little information out there that nobody knows anything about it. Also ,most of the German websites are only accessible if you're in Germany which only adds to the problem. Anyway I'm looking forward for your next video.
