Some important thing he missed. 1. You can't use UPI of Rupay card to any type of bank account transaction. 2. Can't use for small vendor or who doesnt fall under Merchant category. 3. Only available for shopping center like jio mart, more reatails or merchant website and bill pay 4. Better to apply any govt Bank rupay card if you have savings account with the same bank. They will not change fee for card

As long as vendor has QR code card, the payment can be made. I have paid to the vegetable thela and the tailor by icici coral credit card with bhim upi.
