Good design but one thing i recommend this design must contain support at bottom for bags. Other wise load factor will work on saddles and it may shown some hinderence while offroading..

Thanks for giving ur time for the feedback. But except for india non othr countries have bottom support. Technically there is a reason for it. There is law of gravity involved in it. Whenever u sit on ur bike and u go thru a rough patch on the road the bike throws u off the seat but then due to gravity u land back on the seat but u have to keep adjusting ur self every time u go over one. Similarly whenever u use a bottom support the bag rests on it so the material inside the saddle bags keeps bouncing and disbalancing the bag which would turn dangerous for the rider as well. Secondly u have to choose a wider bag cos due to bottom support the option for saddle bags becomes less. There have been many instance where due to bottom support the bags went off the saddle stays and some have even popped out from between the gaps and touched the silencer and got burnt. It was riders presence of mind that saved him. Saddle stays were invented long long ago till date except for our country none othr have it so there are these reasons why. Sad part about our country is that anyndy manufactuers anything and in order to sell thier product they compromise on the safety of the rider, which we donot believe in hence my design dosent have it n will never have it. Hello Aditya Sharma, himalayan is a good tourer and a good off roader as well but not a complete off raoding bike since its heavy. Secondly mojo wud be good for highway touring and not off roading. New himalayans arent having complains while the old himalayans issues are also resolved so even they are running good.

Yes u can use the centre mount of the handle by purchasing one more of it n mounting it under the handle so that wud raise the handle almost an inch

Ur valve clearance has more gap then it shud be so get the tappet setting/valve clearance re set it shud be fine

salman qureshi if u r talking about bs3 then ive got my main stand, magnet coil and cone set bearing changed only once and ive done 21k kms. Coming to bs4 himalayan i havent faced any issues till now. I have bs3 and bs4 both the himalayans. I hope ive answered ur question.

salman qureshi its all rumours. I run the biggest himalayan owners club in our country. Yes the older bs3 models had some issues which were later resolved and the complaints have come down. But the bs4 has no complaints so far. Lastly no bike manufacturer can guarantee that thier bike wont have any problems... its machine after all so nobody can gaurantee it.

Where is the under support in saddle stay?

Its not there bcos thats not needed. Mostly None of the saddle stays across the globe have the under support bcos over a period of time it start rattling and the constant sound irritates while riding. Himalayan has a lot of vibration at the rear end so that wud speed up the process of rattling way faster. Technically not needed if u have the saddle stay design correct.

But as if i know there are only some few saddle bags which suits to Himalayan because of the exhaust.in order to protect the bag from getting burn or any other damages by the exhaust we need the saddle stay which has the inder support to protect our bag..

@@Listed_ no thats the myth created by a few saddle stay manufacturers.u dont need the under support bcos i have sold many of these stays and the bag dosent touch the silencer. Have been using it since more then 2 yrs now. The stays keeps the bag far from each other and so due to them being wide spread they donot extend towards the bottom and hence they wont touch the silencer
