Great video! Being from Ontario, biscuits and gravy aren't really served here.When we've come down to the Smokies, everyone's sausage gravy seems to be sauce with a tiny bit of sausage. Finally, someone has made a hearty, meaty gravy!!! Great job!

Tim would of loved this! It was one of his favorite meals. Like the gravy mix from Old Mill. I prefer just gravy on toast and he liked it with biscuits/extra sausage. Yes, add some milk to make scrambled eggs plus little bit of parmesan cheese is how my kids and Tim did too like their eggs done. Something my Mom did when I was younger and continued it. Kids now say something is missing when eating scrambled eggs out at restaurant. Beautiful day in Smokies too! ❤

Brown the sausage and remove from pan then add bacon grease in tje pan and flour, cook it until it starts turning brown then add coffee and stir to thickness and add sausage back in and serve over fresh buttermilk biscuits
