My grandma would put sliced boiled eggs in her rue with the sausage or without the sausage ,I loved it where is this placeid like to hgo when I visit when she rolled down the window all my senses came to life remembering how I felt there was such peace in my heart when I was there it was magical I need to go with grandson so he can experience the magic too

We were there a few weeks ago during the Jeep Invasion. Stayed in a cabin high up in the mountain above Wears Valley. Kept my eye out for you when we were in PF and Gatlinburg. Great video! Being from Ontario, biscuits and gravy aren't really served here.When we've come down to the Smokies, everyone's sausage gravy seems to be sauce with a tiny bit of sausage. Finally, someone has made a hearty, meaty gravy!!! Great job!

Tim would of loved this! It was one of his favorite meals. Like the gravy mix from Old Mill. I prefer just gravy on toast and he liked it with biscuits/extra sausage. Yes, add some milk to make scrambled eggs plus little bit of parmesan cheese is how my kids and Tim did too like their eggs done. Something my Mom did when I was younger and continued it. Kids now say something is missing when eating scrambled eggs out at restaurant. Beautiful day in Smokies too! ❤

I do everything you all do. Something I've just started trying is I add a few shakes of Cavender's Greek seasoning. Gives it a nice flavor. But it's good without it, of course. Lots of pepper.

Brown the sausage and remove from pan then add bacon grease in tje pan and flour, cook it until it starts turning brown then add coffee and stir to thickness and add sausage back in and serve over fresh buttermilk biscuits
