@@Volodmir.Pavlov Thought that was harsh towards allison, really reminded me of 2012 euro im portuguese and not sure if you saw great tounament spain rolled 4-0 in final for 2nd euro sandwiched around WC against pirlo & azzurri. Portugal pushed the to shootout though also in semis. Similiarly Ronaldo decided to go fifth and didnt get to shoot luckily 2016 was redemption it was brutal. Cb bruno hit post before him and fabregas won for spain, It was similar with neymar deciding fifth and not shooting also as best penalty taker. Not 60s-70s (from what I understand) or 90s-2000era Brasil but always top talent but they have always played to win from open play. Croatia literally play for penalties with so many veterans although young keeper. Its how theyre so good as small country tournament tough team/players. For as clear as allison is as #1 keeper I think dibu like whole argentina team was on one in world cup. The stop in extra and penalties like most of argentina hes walking yellow card romero, lisandro, otamendi , paredes (allison is cool on and off) I think France considering how thrilling 120minutes were was equally tortured by Lloris who made incredible saves initial shot by Lauturo that messi tapped in and messis shot outside box. Never got a finger on penalty.

I think what I love about Ali is that unlike a lot of goalkeepers who are constantly screaming at their defenders when having to make saves or for them being out of position, he never does. He almost never shouts or even speaks on the pitch, only when setting up the wall for a free kick. He just does his job and sometimes congratulates the defenders if they made a great challenge. He's such a calm influence at the back, and yet we ask him to do so much. I honestly think he's the best keeper we've had in 50 years at Liverpool. I think he's massively underrated, certainly by the people who decide awards. I've been in away grounds where even the fans of teams we're playing have had to clap some of the saves he's made. That's how you know someone is good.
