Really enjoyed that review, and your humour 😊 I have an opel karl with 1.0 3 cylinder engine...but non turbo and completely gutless...and it doesn't sound like a 3 cylinder should sound...love the thrumming noise of the Dacia, it's how it should be. I was thinking of a fiat 500x next time I change, but I'm now thinking of the sandero stepway

Nice review and typical Romanian style. Swearing on other drivers but playing with phone while driving. Great! Picking mine up my second one next week. Great car and yes the best bang for the buck. I took the LPG version gives me an autonomy of about 1600 km

Finally someone opens the damn glove compartment on a dacia review. I actually went to test drive one, it was just a first look, at the time i wasn't yet committed to a Dacia and I didn't look there unfortunately

Afterwards, his asks himself why the holder is not in the best condition while he was about to break it in order to fit his phone. I like your reviews, you're funny and you feature interesting cars. I also like Dacia but I'd like greater freedom when selecting features without being hindered by e.g. tiers (like essential, expression, extreme, etc). Let me pick (and remove) whatever stuff I want, preferably also whatever engine kind.

Bought one last year - wasn't allowed pick the sunroof option by the dealer. The carplay is wireless in mine.

I believe they have been found to have turbo problems before even hitting 50k km and hasn't been a real fix yet :/ basically the turbo makes a grindy noise when releasing pressure

If it helps, I first read “releasing pleasure” 🤣🤣 and yeah, this stuff usually happens on small, underpowered and somewhat boosted engines. cause you cannot say that this small 3cyl hair dryer engine is happy in that car 😁

Fun review! Nice. Am a Duster fan though wld buy a new Sandero too if I had the money! Like the Dacia concept, though prices keep rising! Advice: stick to your loyal customer base before you become just another banal brand.

Very true. But they raised the price with all of the others at the same time. I’ve driven the new Duster, 1.5 DCI 4x4 and I swear I was surprised of how good the car is. But the f****ed up the seat 😢 it’s too tough and has too much lumbar support

I've had mine for a few days now. Now I don't like the design of the gearknob much, and the roofbars on the Essential trim can't be adjusted, but the really annoying thing on RHD Sanderos is the glove box. Which is so small - because there's a fusebox inside it - it's not even large enough to hold the car manual properly. The huge manual isn't much use either as it doesn't even tell you what engine oil to use (RN17 btw). And Haynes don't do Dacia manuals either.

@@Trebor1172 Usually, depends on the operating temperature. But there are many types of synthetic oil these days for all sorts of reasons, like ACEA types. Dacia recommend something RN17 compatible.

Depinde de preferinte. In afara de aspect si faptul ca are garda la sol putin ridicata, nu e diferenta intre modele. Iar trapa este optionala, deci da, poti sa nu ai nimic pe plafon 😂

@@dantheromanian I did find out that there is a northern spec and a southern spec. The northern spec looses the sunroof but comes with heated seats on the top spec version. the sothern europe version looses the heated seats but has the sunroof. I would have liked both

@@CityStarrzz I went to Dacia in France and Germany web site and configure to build the same make, model and as near to the same trim. I.e. the extreme trim has two variations. In Germany there appears to be more options where as here in the UK, alot of German options are standard in the trim. In France you could build your car but no option for heated seats but an option for a sunroof.
