This is one of the best review from the lot. I have booked this property last May. But I could only manage to get on 28th floor Tower C. What impressed me is the make, sober design and proximity to important locations. ANP is one of the very few good m, reliable developers.

@@DJU-0072 ANP has been there in the business from a long time operating in Pune. I would say they are above average with a good track record. Earlier they were known as Prakash Construction, later as Five Start construction and now ANP for their all premium projects. I had a few options in Punawale like Mahindra, CityOne but ANP was certainly best of the lot with good value for money. If you are looking for something near Ravet, Punawale do consider this.

How is it a low density project with 4 towers and 35 storey each? Also i see you mentioned distance from hinjewadi IT park as 5km but in actual on maps its shows 10km .. atleast provide correct info in your review

there is river at back, how does these projects gets permission don't know, every season flooding density is increasing, this is alarming in future, flood line created by PCMC is joke

Hello sir , govt has their guidelines for flood lines which are implemented from the time India got independent . The reason behind flooding is not heavy rainfall but the garbage that is in the river . So during rainy season the water gets clogged and flooding happens . You can go on internet and check pune river front development project . This project has been initiated already near bund garden . The purpose behind this project is to first clean the river then make it deep so that water level automatically drops . And all the problem which we are seeing will not happen . So it will take time but future is bright

@@Sangram_gaikwad_realestate so you agree that we can't control pollution in water, and people selling this mosquito filled polluted river side property at high price, similar projects are done in rahatani, where maximum number people are reselling at lower rate, what these project offer dengue, smell after rainy season, risk of flooding during flash rains

Sabse faltu project hai ye .proj ke piche nala hai.. price baner ja lagaya .aur density ek chawl se bhi jyada hai

Appreciate your views ! Project ke piche according to me is the biggest river …. If you compare prices .. there Are 3,4 projects which has higher price than this project .. and density is low to moderate I would but it has lots of open space .. compared to any other in the vicinity . When you buy real estate we have to choose one and obviously all boxes can not be ticked .
