OK, now I actually have watched the video. Lol thank you for this additional Sephora recommendations. I especially appreciate the eyeliner reviews; eyeliners are tough when you have sensitive eyes! A Sephora representative recommended the Lancome waterproof eyeliners and I have tried those and am having success.

That is interesting about the Lancome eyeliners. The ingredient list for those definitely looks better than i would have anticipated! ❤

What an amazing and thorough video. Have you tried Cali ray’s setting spray & primer ? Just bought a sample pack on website, because I love the concealer , mascara, old skin tint , & blush . Thanks Lisa🍁🍁🍁🍁

The Caliray setting spray has some natural fragrance ingredients in it and is a little irritating when i spray it directly on my bare skin. It is better if I am spraying it over makeup but i haven't been motivated to use it very much. I think I have a mini of the Caliray primer but am not sure that I have ever actually tried it. I do want to do a Caliray video soon! ❤

Hi Lisa! I recently found your channel. Based on your reviews, I have ordered from Sephora some products from The Outset - which I had never heard of before. I, too, am in my 60’s and have very dry, sensitive skin. I use several Kiehl’s anti aging skincare products. Do you have an opinion on Kiehl’s? Thank you …
@lisapetrison-beautyreviewsАй бұрын
I'm so happy that you found my channel! I haven't experimented a lot with Kiehl's, due to the fact that their ingredient lists usually include items that i don't feel i do all that well with. So if we look - for instance - at the Super Multi Corrective Anti Aging Face & Neck Cream, i am allergic to the rose geranium oil and rose oil, and I try to avoid silicones in my skincare, and I feel nervous about the propylene glycol. I've tried a few samples from that company but not been inclined to repurchase based on those experiences. But i know that many people do well with that brand, including some with fairly sensitive skin, so I certainly am not saying that there is anything wrong with what you are using! It's more just individual reactivities and preferences. I would say that in general, i tend not to do as well with most products from big cosmetic company brands (Kiehl's is owned by L'Oreal) and that smaller super-conscious companies that are on a mission usually work better for me though. I am looking forward to hearing how the Outset works out for you. ❤❤❤

@ Lisa - thanks for your in-depth response. I too have found with Kiehl’s (and I have purchased a lot of different products from them) that they are not suitable for my very sensitive skin. The Multi Corrective Eye Cream works very well for me, but the same face cream is a disaster. Fortunately, they offer many samples - so that I can evaluate if they will work without purchasing them. I have never heard of a lot of the lines that you review - but I am intrigued. I will be watching a lot more of your videos. (Your dog is very cute By the way!)

Hi, Lisa! This just popped up, and I haven’t watched it yet but I was curious if you have tried the new Patrick eyeshadow duos? It sounds like a really amazing formula, and was just wondering if you found the ingredients irritating. I already bought one, but I like it so much I might get another color or two. As I’ve said before, sometimes I forget to consider the ingredients so I wanted to get your thoughts since you’re well-versed about Ingredients. I try to understand them, but my brain just doesn’t want to process that type of chem chemistry lingo. Lol Thank you!

I have been thinking about the new Patrick Ta eyeshadows (and mentioned that in previous videos), but I was hoping to try it out first and now most of the colors are sold out on the Sephora website. Following are the ingredients that seem most likely to be problematic for some people: Alumina (7), Tin Oxide (4), Ferric Ferrocyanide (4), Silica (3). Also contains Polysorbate 20, I think that I do okay with those ingredients and so would like to give the product a try. I will be looking forward to hearing your report about it in the meantime. Which version did you get? 💗

@ I have meet me at the club, and it’s beautiful! I have only worn it once so far, but it didn’t bother my eyes at all. I really did find it to be quite unique. Oh wow, excuse my typos in that first comment. I did not proofread! UGG, not meet me at the club; still at the club!

@@lisapetrison-beautyreviews yes, exactly. I think our messages crossed in the mail. I haven’t had my coffee yet! Ha ha. Thank you so much for your service of helping us understand ingredients better! I appreciate it very, very much. By the way, two seconds ago all the colors but one were available on the Sephora website!
