I'm leaning toward shipstation. I have a very basic question. In Woocommerce where you enter for shipping the dimensions and weight, I was entering the info for that item in the box. In other words the dimensions of the box and weight of the box with just that one item. But is this for the product itself? just the dimensions of the item and the weight of the product not including the box? 🤦‍♀ I'm so confused because if you do live rate shipping it doesn't take into consideration the actual size of the box and weight including the box you will use to give you a rate. Someone with experience please?

I really want to use Pirate Ship, but they don't integrate with Wix, you have to do a complicated spreadsheet workaround.

Helpful topic. Sounds like you're really experienced on this topic. Suggestions to make your video more awesome: I'd love it if you ended the video with a quick summary of the services. Short, like 2 sentences for each shipping option to highlight and recap each option's 1) pros and 2) cons. Also I would love it if during your review you include any anecdotes or pet peeves encountered while using these options such as any quirks, issues, or feature limitations. Also perhaps rate them on a 1-100% scale factoring in functionality, shipping savings offered, ease of use/ learning curve vs. availability of tutorials and product support to offset said learning curves. Also, any final thoughts on the topic, maybe a wish list of perhaps essential features that you'd like to see included in service #1 that service #2 offers, etc. Lastly as your video might start to get long, a table of contents with timestamps listed in the video info to help us navigate the video.

shipstation is full of BUGs, I hate it! you need to actually USE the software before making recommendations just based on the promotional material

ShipStation you can get tons of help and if you have-issues just reach out to them. They are way better than any of these platforms and saved me thousands of dollars!
