Love, love, love Brett’s millet pillows!! A month ago I ordered the XL Adult Millet Pillow and the Knee & Leg Bolster. I’m a side sleeper and sleep with my arm under my pillow. I was waking up with terrible neck and shoulder pain. Some mornings, the shoulder pain was so severe that I had difficulty gripping simple things like a cup. Researching causes of the pain lead me to shopping for a new pillow. While shopping, I stumbled across Brett’s KZbin channel. I’m so thankful that I did! I am very picky when it comes to pillows/bedding always looking for cloud-like. Most pillows for neck/shoulder pain are made of foam and in my case only made it worse. After ONE week of sleeping with Brett’s millet pillow, my shoulder pain was completely gone!! The quality is exceptional. The pillow cases are very soft with quality better than most expensive pillow cases. I ordered the “flowers” print and it is so pretty! In addition to the pain being gone, I love the fact that you can mold this pillow to fit you exactly giving you support where you need it. Once you settle into it, it doesn’t move. It holds that shape all night. Traditional pillows will allow air to enter the parts of the pillow surrounding your face at times blocking airways. This pillow does not and I love it! It supports my neck so that I can truly relax. Once still, I literally no longer even feel the pillow! The quality of my sleep has improved greatly. I've had my Millet Hull pillow for a few months now, Brett makes excellent pillows. I sleep all over the place. Start out on my back, millet pillow fits perfectly after I wriggle into it, then I'm on my side, snuggles right in to my head, then I'm on my stomach which I push my pillow above my head. But I had a Tempurpedic pillow for 20 years, Brett's millet hull pillow is so much more comfortable, I would never go back. Hi Brett. I am a side sleeper. I have no problem with my neck, but since I have been playing pickleball, at night my right shoulder hurts. I'm not sure if I just have inflammation, or it's impingement. What do you think might be the problem and how do you think the pillow might help.

I have a curious question regarding these pillows. While I see the benefits they offer, I'm concerned that if I find the perfect spot on my side and fall asleep, I'll likely end up shifting and changing positions throughout the next 7-8 hours and this might result in me being uncomfortable and waking up in less ideal positions, requiring adjustments as you've showcased. For instance, if I start on my side with the pillow raised and then switch to my back with the pillow still raised, it could pose some challenges. Even if the pillow flattens due to movement, I might switch to the other side which requires me to raise the pillow, which if i'm sleeping is something I don't think I would do in that state - resulting again in misalignment of the spine. I'd appreciate hearing your opinion
