I am coming down to NC from MD with a group of 4 this Thursday... planned on riding 3 days at Brushy (if open). May have to make a trip to Brown tho. Are you around this weekend coming?

That looks like an awesome trip!

Went down trail 9 today in a SxS, one of the most nerve racking/ fun things I’ve ever experienced!

9 is one of my favorite trails at Brown. Can’t imagine driving a sxs through there lol

Didn’t look like you had too much trouble stalling your 4t out. Good ride. Last time I was up there on a bike was in ‘02 on a bone stock ’02 crf450r. Not a pleasant experience.
@themarcopolo. Жыл бұрын
This bike doesn’t stall as much as other 4 strokes. I have other videos where I do harder singletrack and have no issues. I’m also already used to the bike so I know how to play with the clutch to avoid stalling, but it still happens sometimes. I imagine that riding a motocross bike at brown isn’t the most fun experience 😅

Nice! I see you found the better line up the rock deal. I kept thinking I got off the trail. Then you just have to hit that Rooty Stump deal

Thanks! Yep that part is weird

Awesome! I recognized where you were at. I just rode trail 1A for the first time at season open. It was tough but so much fun! Where is the entrance to that single track section? Off 1A or somewhere else, and is it marked? Thx!
@themarcopolo. Жыл бұрын
Yes, it is marked. This is trail 3. You should be able to see it on the map. I think that 3 and 7 are both single track.

Probably a stupid question, but do you guys use automatic or manual transmisión to do this trails?
@themarcopolo.2 жыл бұрын
It’s not a dumb question. I would say that all big bikes have Manual transmissions. So, we gotta shift

Good video man, how does Brown Mtn compare to Brushy mtn single track? Also, how strict are they are Brown mountain with having spark arrestors? Do they check?
@themarcopolo.2 жыл бұрын
Sorry, I just saw this. Dirt at brown is better, but brown only has 3 legal single track trails. Brushy has more single track and imo the single track is harder. And idk how strict they are about spark arrestors. Thanks for watching!
@DanPonjican2 жыл бұрын
Do they require (enforce) spark arrestors there?
@themarcopolo.2 жыл бұрын
I believe they do.

How many miles of single-track?

2.1 miles

@@themarcopolo. I should have asked how much single-track total at brown mountain?? 2.1 I'm assuming that is just this trail?? I hope??
@themarcopolo.3 жыл бұрын
@@paulsladinski1236 2.1 miles is only trail 3. There’s a lot of singletrack. Plus a bunch of outlaw trails, I have never ridden them… but I’ve heard they are good 👀 lol
