Hands down the best product of 2024 for me is Pair Acne Cream! I have very oily, acne-prone skin so this is a life-saver for me. It calms down inflamed acne overnight, it's like magic. And it's not drying too. I bought the Purito serum & 107 cleanser so I'm excited to these try next year. Happy New Year Soo!

Hi Soo, the product of the year that has impressed me the most this year is the Probiotics Barrier essence from Haru Haru Wonder, it is creamy, with various oils, ceramides etc, it is a delight, I have never tried an essence as nutritious as that, try it you will fall in love with the formulation. Thanks Soo for your recommendations, I have wanted to try Benton's vitamin C for a long time because it looks very complete and I have dry skin so I think I will love it. The Benton vitamin c is amazing. I got it from Soo’s box. It is a thicker texture when you pump it out of the bottle but I warm it up in my fingers and it’s really easy to apply. I have used a number of vitamin c and vitamin c derivatives and I do love the 107 BUT I feel like Benton one has actually faded my pigmentation marks. I think it’s the combination of vitamin c and glutathione

Some of my faves are in here, especially that Dr Ceuracle tea essence, Fancl cleansing oil which I always buy tons of whenever I visit Japan, and the Benon Vitamin C which I used this year. This year I discovered the brand Nineless and like their serums, I tried all of them and my faves were the B-Boost kojic acid one and the Mela Pro one. I also liked the Skin 1004 Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Capsule Ampoule and the Dear Klairs mineral sunscreen

Yesssss! LOVE LOVE LOVE genabelle, numbuzin, haru haru and skin1004 myself!! For well-aging, definitely a good vitamin C (benton, mizon) & retinal (107) are on top of my list as well as thick, heavy nourishing creams from Lagom or Aestura!

You put me on Benton Vitamin C, and I haven’t used any other vitamin C. As an oily girl skin, I only wear it at night because it is a bit thick/ very moisturizing, but the results I get are worth it.I wake up with the most glowing, beautiful skin 💜😭.

I love the so-good toner pads, but I wish the actual toner pad was made of a softer material? The pad is a bit rough/thick. That is my only complaint other than that excellent toner pad.

I'm a bit confused, the "De:maf Here-Oh My First Serum" is in the "toner" category, but its name and the page seem to imply it is more a serum but also can cover the spot of a toner. Should I be using it as a toner or a serum? Or is it effective enough to use it in place of two products? Thanks!

You honestly don't have to overthink it too much. These days, toner-essence-serum is more of a spectrum than really ironclad categories. If you want to use it in place of toner and serum, you probably could, or if you try that and feel like you still need a bit of extra hydration from a toner, that's fine too.

@TheSarenarass i hope you like it! i'm like 2/3 of the way through my bottle, and it's quite nice for winter. i've had good luck with it, but i do sometimes layer on extra toner underneath because i live in an area that gets very dry and cold this time of year.

I’ve loved the Dr Ceuracle Kombucha essence for years. Bought the De maf serum after watching your video and so far liking it. Is it ok to use both? Or do I alternate them? I have normal skin. No skin issues. In my early 60s. So anti aging is what I also want to go for.

I’m currently using the Purito centella serum, and I like it.🙂 I also tried the Benton Vitamin C serum, but my face reacted very badly to it.☹️ Plus, I didn’t like the thick texture. I’m considering trying the Make Prem Inteca cream. This past year I’ve bought multiple Vitamin C serums, but unfortunately all of them gave me an allergic reaction. I think it’s the type of Vitamin C in them. Does anyone else have this problem? I may just have to use other brightening ingredients instead.

does anyone know a cleansing oil that has 100% natural ingredients and no preservative or fragrance (even essential oils)? my skin reacts to everything, I've been trying "natural" products but I even react to Ethylhexylglycerin which is the most "natural" preservative...I am this close to abandon any hope of ever having a regimen for my skin.

Doubt it would be sold, it’d grow moulds. You could use cooking oil (sunflower) followed by a milky or gel wash off cleanser.

the dear klairs gentle black fresh cleansing oil has only 6 ingredients. 4 of them are oils, it also has triglycerides which is just another emollient, and then the emulsifier. no fragrance, essential oils, or preservatives. the period after opening says it lasts 12 months even without preservatives

Seems like your skin's super sensitive. You should try some other cleansing product instead of a cleansing oil.
