I never had milia for 42 years but when I had applied the dot & key moisturiser (blue tube), I started having milia around my eyes. It took me a month to get rid of it after using salicylic acid and AHas. I think they have reformulated by removing coconut oil from their product which is highly comedogenic.

Ohh u mean the ceramide one, cos I've also noticed something similar to Milia under my eyes when I started using it

@@leelee9908 oh really! I have milia but I’m not sure if this one caused it, because I use many products. But for few days o don’t have milia, and still I’m using this moisturiser, so I’m not sure if this caused it. You may avoid using this around the eye area and just use an eye cream. Any thick moisturiser can cause milia 😊
