Hi there Can Vandel, My name is Bob, I just bought 4 of those small clamps Thursday and I just watched your video, I went in the closet and got 2 clamps and made a band tying jig and it works like a dream! THANK YOU!

Simple but the best jig idea ever. Fantastic

Easier to put a couple of constrictor knots on a wide straw, the slide the constrictor knots from the straw onto the bands ends, pull to tighten the knots, and you're done. THWACK!

Right on! I watched another shooter use a con-stricter knot as well. He loved it! Something I may try in the near future!

I use constrictor knots quite a lot - they're very useful!!@@canvandal4503

I just recently made my own jig using those same clamps. When you first pulled out your rope jig I was like "how the heck..?" and then you showed the leg trick and I was impressed. My jig is big and heavy but this rope jig would definitely work really good for out in the field repairs! Nicely done! I got to try this

That’s kind of the idea. A jig for any setting. I saw this done on another channel and modified it a bit. This really works well for me. Don’t get me wrong, I still use a jig every now and then. 👊

Looks worth a try! I always struggle with not enough room in the jig for my paws, maybe something like this would be better. Not to exspensive to try, if fail I'm out nothing the clamps can be used for something else. Thanks for the video brother 👊

Takin' Shots with Hunter I have the same issue with my jig. This method has been a God sent! It literally cost me under$10!to make. It’s not for everyone but I’m sold!

I think something took over the best slingshot band jig. Its the mini band tying jig. Just like the one they sell on simpleshot but pocket size.

I watched this bought two clamps and then realized there weren't any holes in the clamps for the paracord guess I'm drilling my own
@canvandal4503 Жыл бұрын
It’ll be worth it brother. This was an older video but I still use this set up to do all of my pouch tying.
@crazy4chickens Жыл бұрын
I was too lazy to drill I just tied the string around the pivot pins of the clamps the string fights for real-estate with the springs but it works great

Amberbelt is much better than crystal string, you can get it from simple shot.
